Air Bubble Ltd provides bespoke digital infrastructure services tailored to legal practices and corporate clients. Specific terms relating to our key deliverables include:

A. SRA-Compliant Web Development

  • We build website architectures designed to display mandatory regulatory information as required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) (e.g., SRA digital badges, complaints handling procedures, and pricing display rules).

  • While we implement standard technical frameworks for regulatory visibility, the Client remains solely responsible for verifying that their published fee structures, practice areas, and regulatory text accurately reflect their firm’s operational policies.

B. AI Intake & Automation Modules (Veritas Intake)

  • Our proprietary or custom-trained AI intake systems (such as Veritas Intake) are designed to engage website visitors, qualify prospective enquiries, and sync brief data directly to client CRMs (e.g., Clio, LEAP, or custom databases).

  • AI intake systems are provided as operational assistance tools. They do not constitute legal advice to your website visitors, nor do they replace qualified legal review by registered solicitors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Our Content & Systems

Upon final payment for a fixed-scope engagement, IP ownership of final custom graphics, site layouts, and website assets transfers to the Client as specified in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or scope statements. 4. Payment Terms & Enterprise Engagements

  • Fixed-Scope Pricing: Enterprise projects, bespoke website builds, and AI implementations are delivered under fixed-scope proposals agreed upon after an initial operational diagnostic.

  • Payment Milestones: Services are billed according to project milestones outlined in your scope document. Work on subsequent phases commences upon receipt of milestone payments.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause ongoing support, hosting maintenance, or active AI intake services if invoices remain overdue beyond agreed credit terms.

5. Client Obligations & Data Security

To ensure seamless deployment of SRA-compliant web solutions and AI systems, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate practice information, logos, compliance text, and API keys for CRM integrations in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all customer or case data processed through their bespoke website intake forms complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Service Availability: We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime for our web builds and cloud integrations. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access caused by third-party hosting providers, external API outages, or internet connectivity issues.

  • Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Air Bubble Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, lost legal instructions, or reputational harm arising from site downtime or third-party CRM failures.

  • Total Liability: Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Air Bubble Ltd in the preceding six (6) months.
