Project overview

The year was 2021. Face masks had become mandatory, but our skin was rebelling – clogged pores, irritation, and “maskne” had become universal struggles. Enter Fortify+, a visionary Korean skincare brand with a radical proposition: what if your skincare could actively protect you in this new germ-heavy reality?

They came to us with a game-changing ingredient – volcanic zeolite, nature’s microscopic detoxifier – and a challenge: Make the world care about antibacterial skincare that doesn’t feel clinical.

Over 12 transformative months, we:
Redesigned their entire lineup with hygienic, touchless dispensers and color-coded efficacy bands
Crafted the “Science You Can See” campaign, using thermal imaging to prove zeolite’s pore-purifying power
Built a 45K-strong Skincare Purist community through dermatologist-approved tutorials

Challenges & constraints

Introducing zeolite (a volcanic mineral) as a hero ingredient required educating consumers unfamiliar with its antibacterial benefits, while differentiating from established ‘clean beauty’ brands.
